Hours of Operation
Tuesday through Saturday - by appointment only. Early morning and late evening
appointments available per request.
Appointments
24 hour notice for cancellations are greatly appreciated. If you are more than 20 minutes
late for your scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule your appointment for
another available time.
Payment Options
We accept cash, personal checks, Visa & Mastercard. Financing also available.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are gladly provided for that special someone! They can be ordered
by phone or in person. They can be picked up, mailed to you or mailed directly to the
person it is for. Gift Certificate must be presented at the time of service. We are sorry,
but we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen cards. Gift certificates may not be
redeemed for cash.
We often donate gift certificates in the amount of $100.00 to charity events. If you
have received and/or auctioned for a gift certificate please note that each gift certificate
is valid towards only one procedure per gift card; they may not be combined and also
may not be redeemed for cash.
Children
We love children and try to provide a “child-friendly” office. In order to ensure your
comfort and the comfort of our clients, for everyones safety and protection, children
must be well mannered and under parental or guardian supervision. Children are not
allowed in the treatment room with you. We hope you understand.
Medical
Please advise us in advance of any medical conditions, pregnancy, allergies or
medications recently taken. Certain medical conditions may require a physicians
clearance before service can be performed.
